Around 2 weeks ago, I underwent lower face ultherapy, and it was a pleasant experience. Bruna (apologies if I have misspelled her name) was the professional I worked with. She did an exceptional job and provided thorough explanations. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Decided to drop by here spontaneously for a trim. I assumed it would be similar to SuperCuts since the prices were nearly identical. Tried to engage in small talk with the stylist but she wasn't very receptive. To cut a long story short, my split ends were trimmed, but when multiple people ask if you cut your own hair, I think it's safe to say you received a poor haircut. I did request layers to add volume, but this stylist just chopped it up. It looks uneven and absurd, not like any layers I've had before, but I'm not aiming to impress anyone.
