This establishment has truly declined. It was once my preferred spot for a pedicure. Alex was exceptional. I visited a few hours back. Initially, they claimed the two shades I selected were identical. They clearly bear no resemblance. Furthermore, I was charged an extra $20 for some treatment on my two big toes due to cracked nails from the gym. This is the outcome. I only noticed once home as the lighting there is dim. This is what $125 there yields. Appears dreadful.
This is my go-to spot in the vicinity! I adore the serene ambiance, and the service has consistently been top-notch every visit. Upon seeing some negative feedback, I felt compelled to share a positive review as my experiences here have all been positive.
