This establishment has truly declined. It was once my preferred spot for a pedicure. Alex was exceptional. I visited a few hours back. Initially, they claimed the two shades I selected were identical. They clearly bear no resemblance. Furthermore, I was charged an extra $20 for some treatment on my two big toes due to cracked nails from the gym. This is the outcome. I only noticed once home as the lighting there is dim. This is what $125 there yields. I can't praise Revive enough! I visit for lashes and facials with Kiana. I genuinely admire her. She executes an exceptional job. I am tough on my lashes, yet they always look stunning due to her! She delivers the most soothing facial! Her meticulousness in all she does truly shines. She is not only kind & sweet but also highly professional. I was there yesterday, and she worked effortlessly amidst an A/C issue and even aided a new receptionist with a computer problem while already swamped. I visited this place today, 11 September 2015. I scheduled an appointment online, which was incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, the ladies there were extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere reminiscent of a familiar salon I've frequented for years. I shared some old photos of a hairstyle I adored from the past with Kelly, my stylist. She was fantastic! She thoroughly discussed every detail with me, double-checked before cutting my hair. The end result is exactly the style I cherished long ago. I am overjoyed and grateful, I will definitely be scheduling another appointment for my future trims.
