I visited this place today, 11 September 2015. I scheduled an appointment online, which was incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, the ladies there were extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere reminiscent of a familiar salon I've frequented for years. I shared some old photos of a hairstyle I adored from the past with Kelly, my stylist. She was fantastic! She thoroughly discussed every detail with me, double-checked before cutting my hair. The end result is exactly the style I cherished long ago. I am overjoyed and grateful, I will definitely be scheduling another appointment for my future trims. What an exceptional salon experience! Taylor worked on my hair, and oh my, she truly is skilled! She took the time to listen to my preferences and exceeded all my expectations! I received highlights/lowlights, a trim, and some texturizing. Not only do I adore my new hair look, but I also enjoyed our conversation... she is such a kind individual! I was a bit anxious before coming in, but Taylor took such good care of me that I will certainly return! I received a luxurious salon experience at a reasonable price! I rarely leave reviews, but this salon is outstanding! I had been searching for a new stylist for some time and was unsure where to go. Despite receiving recommendations from several people, I ignored them all and attempted to bleach my own hair. A disastrous decision! My hair turned neon orange and yellow. Being in a high-level customer-facing role, I was in a complete panic - the situation was so dire that I knew I couldn't show up to work like that, and it was 5 pm on a Tuesday night :( I called the nearest salon, and Taylor instructed me to come in as soon as possible. I arrived with fluorescent hair and a four-year-old... every stylist's dream, isn't it?! She shared a laugh with me, made me feel at ease, and welcomed my daughter. The owner even stepped in to ensure the color turned out perfectly! I left with beautifully colored hair and an invitation to return in case some brassiness resurfaced. When it did, I didn't hesitate to stop by for them to take a look. They re-did the color and provided me with an amazing treatment to improve the health of my hair. My hair has never looked and felt better. Their prices are very fair, zero wait time, and they are incredibly kind. They are the type of people you want to support and trust with your business. I am so grateful I discovered them!
