I recently visited Studio C, and my stylist was Alex. From our initial interaction, we connected immediately—her warm, friendly, and gentle demeanor put me at ease right away. I came in for a conditioning treatment and a simple straight haircut, and Alex truly grasped the nature of my hair. With my hair naturally thick, she expertly removed just the right amount of weight, leaving me with a lighter and revitalized look. I left Studio C feeling elated and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Alex, for working your magic on my hair!
This marks my first time having my hair styled at Studio C, and Mia did a remarkable job! She exhibited exceptional precision and attention to detail. Mia ensured that I received the exact cut I desired. She also provided insightful advice on hair hydration and tailored the haircut to suit my hair type. Given my hair's extensive damage and length, she handled it with care, almost "restoring" it. She possesses remarkable talent, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking the services of a dedicated and skilled hairstylist! Beyond the haircut, Studio C maintains impeccable cleanliness and a delightful fragrance. Absolutely dreadful experience. I scheduled an appointment for my aunt and myself for a dye job, but the stylist I was assigned seemed uninterested or perhaps lacked the necessary skills or training to fulfill my request. Despite booking for a dye job, she claimed there wasn't sufficient time. So, I had an appointment at 10:30 today, Monday, November 11, for the dye job. When I was just 5 minutes away, she called and falsely claimed that she canceled my appointment because I was "late," insisting my appointment was at 10. I argued that it was at 10:30, and upon double-checking, indeed, it was for 10:30. Furthermore, the haircut I paid $200 for was horrendous, with uneven lengths, forcing me to spend more to rectify it. This establishment is abysmal. I am uncertain what the issue was with this individual, but it appears she lacked the necessary skills, mishandled the situation entirely, and overcharged me. I am disputing the charges with my bank.
