I used to adore this place, I frequented the midtown location and was excited for the Bryant Park opening due to its proximity to my work. However, the atmosphere here is just off... My last facial skipped my usual peel because the esthetician thought my skin looked a bit red. Being Irish, my skin can naturally flush... In essence, I felt I paid too much for a basic cleanse. On my next visit, they were running behind schedule... two disappointing appointments are enough to deter me from returning. Overpriced and lacking in care for clients paying $100 for a 30-minute treatment.
Stephanie and the team always do a fantastic job ensuring my experience is comfortable and relaxing, explaining every step during my sessions. I'm pleased I schedule 50-minute appointments with add-ons as needed. My sensitive-hormonal skin has been thriving with the recommended products purchased from this location.
