I am incredibly thankful to have discovered Dr. Patel and Flex Foot & Ankle. Following a foot injury a couple of months ago, I encountered some frustrating encounters with doctors who disregarded my symptoms and neglected to address my injury properly. Turning to Dr. Patel after reading glowing online reviews was a wise decision. I am grateful to have entrusted him with my care. He provided genuine care, actively listened to my concerns, promptly diagnosed my issue (3 fractured bones!), and took preventive measures to avoid further injury while also avoiding unnecessary tests and expenses. Throughout our months of collaboration, Dr. Patel consistently showcased not only his expertise in the field but also his exceptional patient care skills. He was clear, communicative, approachable, and generous with his time and knowledge. Thanks to Dr. Patel, I am now back on my feet and immensely grateful. Upon arrival, the spa was spotless, serene, and welcoming. We had our couples massage side by side, and it was truly the best massage experience I've ever had - thorough, attentive to our comfort, and truly enjoyable! Visited last Wednesday, and today is Tuesday, yet it has already chipped. This is Hard Gel! Not a regular gel manicure. This is not the first time I have noticed air getting in. I have had hard gel done at another salon for years and know it should never chip or lift. It should only require fill-ins. That's why it costs more. I would only consider coming here for a pedicure. Their work does not last. I am unsure why nail salons are charging high prices for work that does not endure and ends up being thick around the nails. Clearly, they are not preparing it correctly. I will now have to search for another nail salon because this is unacceptable. We work hard for our money and take time out just for this to keep occurring. I have further evidence of my other nails lifting, shaking my head.About

You see results immediately (limited hair growth and thinner hair) after your first session and after 3-4 sessions for me I didn’t need any more. The appearance of the massage therapists doesn't quite match the advertised image, yet they work diligently and offer additional services without expecting tips. However, it's disappointing that their faces are not appealing, and their legs are covered in unattractive trousers. As you lie unclothed, one part of your body is exposed to the air while the other part remains cold. After the massage, I inquired with a regular client who admitted he wasn't fond of this place but had to visit due to peer pressure from colleagues. I discovered WINK through a promotion on Groupon. I followed all the necessary steps to redeem the offer and secure an appointment. However, a day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call asking if I could reschedule. How inconvenient! Initially, I considered canceling and requesting a refund through Groupon, but since I needed my lashes done for a special event, I decided against it. In hindsight, I should have followed my initial instinct.
On the day of my appointment, I encountered difficulty entering the facility as the doorbell was broken. After a short wait, I managed to gain access when a delivery person exited. Upon reaching the WINK office doors upstairs, I interacted with the receptionist. Following a briefing on their process, I selected the desired length for my lashes and waited for an extended period. When my turn finally arrived, I was led into a brightly lit room with multiple customers receiving lash treatments.
The technician who attended to me clearly lacked sufficient training. The entire process left me feeling like I could have achieved better results doing it myself. Despite having previous experiences with lash extensions, this was by far my worst encounter. My eyes were left sore and red post-treatment, and the adhesive solution dripped into my eyes, causing a burning sensation. I had to pause the procedure multiple times due to irritation.
