I have a deep appreciation for Thai Massage, having lived in Thailand previously. As such, I am quite selective when it comes to places claiming to offer an authentic Thai Massage experience. Madison Healing Arts, however, impressed me with their authenticity. Having visited both before and after Covid, I was particularly impressed by their commitment to safety during my recent appointment. My massage therapist, Taylor, always wore a mask and maintained a safe distance while providing the massage. I observed thorough disinfection procedures before the session, and the treatment room was impeccably clean. I will certainly be returning for another visit.About

I’ve been coming here for several years, getting perms for men specifically from Dana and they’ve been consistently good until today. To be frank, today's cut left me quite surprised at how poor it was. It was hard to even notice that my hair had been permed, and besides changing the side part to a mid part, the length was much shorter than I had desired. The cut itself isn't terrible, but for the $180/$200 price range, I find it quite underwhelming. I discovered WINK through a promotion on Groupon. I followed all the necessary steps to redeem the offer and secure an appointment. However, a day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call asking if I could reschedule. How inconvenient! Initially, I considered canceling and requesting a refund through Groupon, but since I needed my lashes done for a special event, I decided against it. In hindsight, I should have followed my initial instinct.
On the day of my appointment, I encountered difficulty entering the facility as the doorbell was broken. After a short wait, I managed to gain access when a delivery person exited. Upon reaching the WINK office doors upstairs, I interacted with the receptionist. Following a briefing on their process, I selected the desired length for my lashes and waited for an extended period. When my turn finally arrived, I was led into a brightly lit room with multiple customers receiving lash treatments.
The technician who attended to me clearly lacked sufficient training. The entire process left me feeling like I could have achieved better results doing it myself. Despite having previous experiences with lash extensions, this was by far my worst encounter. My eyes were left sore and red post-treatment, and the adhesive solution dripped into my eyes, causing a burning sensation. I had to pause the procedure multiple times due to irritation.

I was contacted immediately a spot opened up, they kept me informed on everything. We figured out a way for communication and it was so pleasant and professional. Valentina did my manicure and Pedicure and I loved it. This nail system they have is totally different...you have to go to understand. It's been 3 weeks and my nails have not cracked or look bad.
