I took my son to get his ears pierced here. The staff was very professional, working by appointment with one nurse at a time. The nurse thoroughly explained each step, how to properly clean his ears, and the duration of the entire process. They were meticulous in ensuring the earrings were placed symmetrically. I appreciated the unhurried approach that made the experience pleasant for both me and my baby boy. I highly recommend this establishment.
Tiara was exceptional! Despite my fussy baby, Tiara remained patient and incredibly friendly. I recommend having babies' ears pierced between birth and 3/4 months. The environment was clean and serene, offering a range of temporary earrings for infants. I adored the delicate blue flower studs made of plastic. Both ears were pierced, and we opted for numbing cream, though some discomfort was still felt. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Safety and sterilization were my top priorities when choosing where to have my 4-month-old daughter's ears pierced. Despite my husband's suggestion of Claire's, I was adamant against it after reading reviews of babies needing re-piercing due to incorrect initial placements or concerns about the cleanliness of the piercing guns at Claire's. Discovering this establishment was a relief! While the cost is higher, the peace of mind from knowing licensed nurses with ample experience perform the piercings is invaluable. Every item used for my baby was single-use and sterile. The post-procedure care was exceptional, with detailed instructions on aftercare and healing. Natalya, the nurse, engaged with my baby before the piercing and utilized sensory toys to distract her. My experience was fantastic, and my daughter looks adorable with her new earrings. Natalya even gave me a Bravery Certificate as a keepsake. Thank you, Natalya! I will return if I have another daughter in the future.
