Love my lashes!! I’ve been going to them for years!! Always professional and satisfied!!
I got a terrible eye infection and awful looking lashes after going here. The staff member did not listen to what I wanted for my lashes, she cut off my sentences, and acted rude and angry the entire session. She dropped tools on the floor during the session, did NOT use clean tape to protect my eyes but her unwashed fingers to literally hold my eye open during the session. It was so scary and bizarre having to keep my eyes rolled up in my head to prevent seeing the tweezers actually coming towards my eye. I still am in shock that she held my eyelids open. I kept hoping it would get better, but am still kicking myself that I didn't just walk right out at the begining. I should have known better - I guess I just felt so intimidated by the technician I didn't want her getting anymore aggressive with me. As a result, I unsurprisingly immediately got a bad eye infection and had to go to doctor. I contacted via email management and they basically blew me off, saying "they didn't think my eye looked infected" not addressing the terrible lack of sanitary conditions or rudeness. They also said they would not refund or give me a discount. So I not only had a bad (and frankly scary) experience, I lost a ton of money and have to deal with an eye infection. I should have just gone to GF Beauty - they are always very clean and professional and I know I would have loved my lashes, if I'd gone there instead.
Terrible. Booking very easy, walked in beautiful place, had my lashes done all good. I’ve been doing my lashes for years so I know the rodeo. 2 days later half of the lashes on my left eye already came out. I have a trip in 2 days and now I look like a moron with one eye full of lashes and one half way.
