I had a fantastic experience with my esthetician Lily. She was extremely friendly and welcoming, crucial in today's world of customer service. Lily was very attentive and thorough, providing me with a wonderful experience and making me feel completely at ease. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit with her. The reception staff was also very pleasant, and the manager was exceptionally kind and approachable. I have been a client for several years now and have recommended my friends to Laser Bar & Spa. I really wanted to like this establishment and their services, as they came highly recommended. During my consultation, I was informed that my lighter brown hair could be treated up to 90-100%, but it might require 10-12 sessions. I agreed to this, hoping for positive results. I purchased a full-body hair removal package and completed 7 sessions. However, by the final session, my bikini and surrounding area were barely 20% hair-free (other areas showed no more than 50% improvement). To my disappointment, the technician revealed that even with additional sessions, my results might only improve by 10%, contradicting the initial information provided. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and the discrepancy between what was promised and the actual outcome. The establishment has not taken responsibility for this misleading practice, and I believe they should be more honest with their clients to avoid wasting time and money. Although I was assured that the manager would contact me to discuss my experience, no one reached out. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place to my friends in good conscience. UPDATE: The establishment recently contacted me to address my concerns, offering assistance and complimentary sessions to potentially improve my results. I appreciate their efforts and have scheduled the first session in a month. I will update on the progress. Thank you to the Laser Bar and Spa team.
