Natalia is incredibly kind and made the laser session a great experience. After my first session, I signed up for more areas because the results were worth it. If you're worried about the pain, don't be - it's definitely worth it. This is coming from someone who used to wax for years and doesn't regret switching. The discomfort is minimal (much less than waxing) and the results are fantastic! Give them a try!
