This establishment exceeded my expectations with its extensive range of products, accessories, wigs, and tools. The customer service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist. Looking forward to returning for future purchases.
Purchased a bathrobe for $5.20 and was charged $52.00 on my credit card. Contacted the store promptly, only to be met with confusion and indifference. In-person visit required to rectify their error, but was met with unhelpful and discourteous behavior from the manager. Inconvenience compounded by broken video cameras delaying refund process. Unacceptable customer service for a mistake not of my making. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
