I cannot speak highly enough of this nail salon. Their service goes above and beyond, and their collection of nail colors is simply outstanding. The shade I chose was from their Japanese line, and I am absolutely enamored with it. The precision with which they painted my nails is commendable. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit!
The Elite Nail Spa is a stunning establishment. Despite the climb up two flights of stairs, you are warmly welcomed at the entrance, creating a cozy atmosphere inside. I opted for a pedicure I had purchased through Groupon, and Judy was the one who attended to me. She was exceptionally kind and thorough in her work. Her customer service skills were top-notch, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire session.
This was my maiden voyage into the world of manicures and pedicures. The experience was truly delightful. The technicians were meticulous, taking their time to attend to my nails with precision. However, there was a minor issue. On a couple of occasions, there was slight bleeding from my fingers, but they promptly addressed it. Such occurrences should be minimized, and they should exercise greater caution.
