Visited last Wednesday, and today is Tuesday, yet it has already chipped. This is Hard Gel! Not a regular gel manicure. This is not the first time I have noticed air getting in. I have had hard gel done at another salon for years and know it should never chip or lift. It should only require fill-ins. That's why it costs more. I would only consider coming here for a pedicure. Their work does not last. I am unsure why nail salons are charging high prices for work that does not endure and ends up being thick around the nails. Clearly, they are not preparing it correctly. I will now have to search for another nail salon because this is unacceptable. We work hard for our money and take time out just for this to keep occurring. I have further evidence of my other nails lifting, shaking my head.
I have been coming here for approximately two years for a routine dip manicure and soak off. I have never paid more than $55 for a dip manicure. I arrived with a photo of precisely what I desired (shape and color) and left with my nails looking entirely different than what I had repeatedly requested. I asked my nail technician to align it more with the photo multiple times during my appointment, but it did not make a difference. I had two broken nails and had to remind my nail technician three times that I wanted them all to be the same length. I requested that no nails be filed down, yet they were all filed into a shape I did not desire. I referenced the photo multiple times to request for my nail shape to resemble it more, but to no avail. I inquired about the color that would match the photo I presented, and the color turned out to be completely different from what I had shown in the picture. This manicure ended up costing $80. I am surprised that it was an additional $25 for chrome and two tips. I am leaving extremely disappointed with this manicure and having paid so much without receiving what I repeatedly asked for. I have included images of my request versus what was executed.
I adore the work of these professionals. They are all knowledgeable, and care is their priority. You can schedule appointments in advance, but they also accept walk-ins, which is quite convenient. The location is good, although it could be a bit more organized, but that will not deter me from returning because I truly enjoy it! I am now a regular and devoted client.
