I opted for a brow tint and wax done by Shiloh, and it was fantastic. She perfectly executed the natural defined shape I desired, and I felt at ease throughout the entire session.
I had to make a change, and I'm glad I did. I've been pampering myself at Ulta for close to a year now. Since they offer brow services and I've accrued rewards, I thought it made sense to have it done at Ulta. Unfortunately, my usual spot didn't have convenient hours, so I checked another location where there was an opening. I decided to go with Alex and was a bit apprehensive. However, once I settled in at the brow station, Alex gave me space to relax and went over the service details clearly. He was gentle and provided helpful guidance. Alex also assured me about the process and how to maintain the look. I left the salon feeling content and would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thank you, Alex!
