I had a scheduled appointment with them that completely slipped my mind, considering I had made the booking a month ago. I received no text or reminder, and with my recent travels and illness, I genuinely forgot. This is the first time I've felt remorseful for missing an appointment as a client. If you wish to utilize the voucher, feel free to do so. However, without proper communication, you risk losing clientele. Additionally, please work on your customer service skills. There are superior options in Los Angeles, and I cannot recommend this establishment due to their lack of professionalism. You'll receive superior treatment at Elysium Spa or other venues offering Groupon deals.

Priya thoroughly briefed me on the procedure beforehand and executed it flawlessly. While results typically take three months to manifest, I was astonished to see a significant improvement this morning. The sagging skin around my mouth has notably diminished. I am beyond thrilled!!! I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and will certainly be a returning customer.
