Harper, our stylist, was very attentive, taking the time to understand the exact look my son had in mind for his special event. This was my initial visit to this salon for a digital perm. It marks my second time undergoing a perm, with my initial perm experience occurring in Busan. My scheduled time was at 11 am. Romi, the proprietor, warmly greeted me and provided a brief assessment of my hair texture. She inquired about my desired hair length for the haircut. Additionally, she suggested a root perm due to the flatness at the top of my hair. The root perm was included in the cost of the digital perm. The entire process, including the haircut and two perms, lasted approximately 3 hours. Time seemed to pass quickly as Romi displayed expertise in her work. I am pleased with the outcome, and the service was amicable. Communication, even through a translation app, posed no issues. Visited last Wednesday, and today is Tuesday, yet it has already chipped. This is Hard Gel! Not a regular gel manicure. This is not the first time I have noticed air getting in. I have had hard gel done at another salon for years and know it should never chip or lift. It should only require fill-ins. That's why it costs more. I would only consider coming here for a pedicure. Their work does not last. I am unsure why nail salons are charging high prices for work that does not endure and ends up being thick around the nails. Clearly, they are not preparing it correctly. I will now have to search for another nail salon because this is unacceptable. We work hard for our money and take time out just for this to keep occurring. I have further evidence of my other nails lifting, shaking my head.About
