Kendra at Hello Sugar was EXCEPTIONAL! She immediately put me at ease, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I've already recommended her to a few friends, very impressed with the thoroughness of the waxing. Excited for my next visit ❤️
I've visited Hello Sugar before, so I was glad to return. This time, I had a trainee perform my waxing with a few observers in the room, which didn't bother me. The young woman was not very chatty, lacked the usual pressure, and seemed to struggle with her training. Overall, the job was okay, but I had some leftover hair and wasn't as smooth as previous experiences. With more training, she'll improve.
My second waxing session was less painful than the first! I scheduled with Kristina, and she's so comforting! She's like a blend of a big sister and a mother. She guided me through the process, offering helpful tips to make waxing easier. I'm excited for my next appointment :)
