Took my niece for her quinceañera makeup for her photo shoot and Suzette did an AMAZING job. Even after 2.5 hours in the heat, the hair and makeup still looked flawless.
Avoid this place! Got Botox done here...went back twice. Power outage for a week (not my fault or theirs) but needed a touch-up. First visit they said I had to wait longer (4 days had passed). I usually see better results by then. Then the next time (Monday) they were closed but spoke with the manager. I explained I had to be two and a half hours away for my grandbaby's arrival and had a class on Tuesday. They suggested I come during my lunch break to Pearland and back to my class...that's more than a lunch break away. The manager didn't even offer a discount on my next appointment for the issues, just said sorry. I've never asked for something for free, but in my own business, I try to accommodate customers or find an agreement. All I got was an apology...this was my first and LAST visit here!
I scheduled my initial appointment here for dermaplaning. Valerie was amazing! She was thorough, took her time, and explained each step. A very calming experience overall. I will definitely return!
