Malasha is truly exceptional. Their professionalism is matched only by their kindness. I make the trek of nearly an hour for my eyebrow appointments because I adore their work!
The customer service here lacks warmth. My brows ended up thinner and uneven. Despite giving this place a second chance, I doubt I will return. The pricing for brow threading is reasonable.
I will not return to this establishment. It took me close to a year to grow out my eyebrows, and when I arrived, I clearly communicated to the attendant that I only wanted a tidy-up, not a thinning. However, she took so long that when I finally saw the result, one eyebrow was fine while the other was overly thin and misshapen. I was devastated. Malasha was called over, and after scrutinizing me with concern, her proposed solution was to make both eyebrows equally thin. I adamantly refused. She then suggested I let them grow back and return in two weeks for correction. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place. I simply wanted a clean-up, but left with completely mismatched eyebrows. My niece also had her eyebrows done by Malasha without being consulted on her preferences, resulting in excessive removal. This experience was distressing, and now I must contend with two entirely dissimilar eyebrow shapes.
