I can no longer delay sharing my thoughts, as this establishment truly is enchanting. I adore Alex and Sam - their passion for their work, professionalism, and exceptional service keep me coming back time and time again.
They deserve a negative score, if such a thing existed. I would give them zero or lower if possible. They were dreadful. I spent close to $200 and saw no results. When I voiced my concerns immediately after the session, stating that I still had blackheads on my nose, they simply replied, "We did our part!" Paying $200 for nothing is unacceptable. They didn't offer any recommendations or discounts for a future visit. They only have machines and lack the expertise in proper cleansing techniques. Their reputation is all they have, without the necessary skills. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment and will never return.
I was given a voucher from my brother for my birthday. It was the most wonderful gift I've ever gotten. I opted for the harmony package. It included a facial and spa treatment. I chose to add the scent of jasmine and heated stones. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and offered a welcoming cup of herbal tea and a piece of gourmet chocolate. It was delightful. The massage preceded the facial in a spotless room with the exact ambiance I had hoped for. Both Alex and Sam were exceptionally skilled and provided top-notch service. I am grateful and will definitely return soon. I left feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease.
