I contacted Studio A Salon as a first-time client. The salon was closed, but Alex happened to be there and answered the phone. I inquired about a same-day appointment, not realizing it was their day off. Despite having errands to run, Alex returned to open the salon and cut my hair! I reached out to Alex about six weeks ago to schedule a haircut appointment. A friend recommended Alex to me after I shared a negative experience I had with another hairstylist.
