I've been a loyal customer at this spa for quite some time, along with my family. However, today's visit left me feeling disappointed. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $5 for having "long nails," a fee I had never encountered before. Despite having naturally well-maintained nails of medium length, I was told it was due to needing additional tips and products. The photos show my previous pink nails at a natural length with no issues, and today's purple nails, which were cut shorter but somehow cost more. It's unacceptable to charge for tips when they're actually my real nails.
My recent visit for a pedicure at this establishment was a letdown. The service was rushed, with the technician completing the pedicure in just 20 minutes. She neglected to trim my toenails, claiming it was unnecessary, despite my preference for them to be shorter. Additionally, she skipped cleaning my feet and addressing calluses, dismissing them as unnecessary. A week later, the polish is already chipping. I had never experienced such poor service at a nail salon before. I would not recommend this place due to the subpar service and the rudeness of the technician who worked on my toes.
Took my son for a relaxing pedicure session, and we both left feeling refreshed and satisfied! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the prices were unbeatable. We'll definitely be returning for more pampering in the future. :)
