I am utterly appalled by Riley who works in your salon providing nail services. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE felt so terrible about myself from someone I’m PAYING to enhance my appearance and do my nails as requested. The nails themselves were decent, but he completely disregarded the design I wanted. I left in tears and canceled my upcoming appointment because he made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I didn’t even leave a tip. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR SALON AND I WILL WARN EVERYONE NOT TO VISIT HIM!

Yesterday, I received a haircut from Phoenix, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. Booking my appointment online was a breeze. The waiting area is absolutely stunning, and I was offered a selection of beverages upon arrival. The shampoo stations were incredibly comfortable, and the salon's products were top-notch. As someone with curly hair, trying new products can be daunting, but the product line here is fantastic and incredibly hydrating. My hair looked amazing, and Phoenix consistently checked in on the length, shrinkage, and my preferences throughout the process. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, including the owner, Juliet. I highly recommend paying them a visit.About

Absolutely delightful! Once, my hair was dyed elsewhere, but it washed out quickly in the shower, leaving an unwanted orange hue. I thought my hair just couldn't retain the color. However, after visiting Reflections and discussing the issue with them, they rectified it. The color stayed put and looked stunning :)

I've been a loyal customer at this spa for quite some time, along with my family. However, today's visit left me feeling disappointed. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $5 for having "long nails," a fee I had never encountered before. Despite having naturally well-maintained nails of medium length, I was told it was due to needing additional tips and products. The photos show my previous pink nails at a natural length with no issues, and today's purple nails, which were cut shorter but somehow cost more. I've visited Gossip twice now, and it has become my preferred salon! In the past, I've been to many salons where I didn't feel welcomed or heard. At Gossip Nails, it's a different story! You're greeted warmly and encouraged to voice any concerns about your nails. They're also open to doing unique designs, which I absolutely adore. I had an exceptional experience as soon as I stepped inside. Being fairly new to tattoos, there was nothing daunting about the process (some studios can be quite intimidating). I scheduled with Kat and it was a fantastic decision. Throughout, she was accommodating and understanding, even when I needed a break to re-energize my limbs. The entire team is fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. It's spotless, smells great. I'll definitely be booking with Kat again when she reopens her schedule.
