We recently moved to the area and were on the hunt for a new hair salon. We were thrilled to discover Nueva Imagen with its 4-star rating and had high hopes for their expertise. Sofia spent 10-15 minutes on each of my kids and overlooked my husband's appointment entirely. Not only did they disregard the scheduled times but the haircuts turned out poorly. The hair lengths are uneven, clearly rushed with a 10-minute cut rather than a professional job. We won't return and now I'm taking my children elsewhere to fix the mess she made. We've never experienced a 10-minute haircut before, it was a definite eye-opener. I strongly advise against this place.
I am absolutely in love with Nueva Imagen! Just gaze at my daughter's hair, Maria did such an incredible job. For Maria, a haircut is not merely a haircut; she ensures to take her time and surpass expectations to ensure you leave her chair feeling fresh and tidy. If you or your children are new to Albany or seeking a new hairstylist, definitely visit Nueva Imagen and request Maria. I assure you won't be let down.
My three sons and daughter received haircuts here, and they did a fantastic job! My sons are quite selective, and usually, at least one of them ends up in tears because they dislike their haircuts. However, each one of them adored their cuts after visiting here. A wonderful experience, and we will definitely return.
