Kelly was phenomenal with my 7-year-old and gave him his best haircut ever. He has multiple cowlicks, and most stylists tend to cut them too short, causing them to stick up, but she nailed it! The cut is sharp and clean, especially along the edges!
The elderly individual who styled my hair was incredibly pleasant, professional, and open to adjustments. However, the haircut turned out to be the most uncomfortable one I've ever experienced. His tools snagged my hair four times, and it felt like he lacked expertise in hair cutting. I suggest he hones his skills with a straight razor and scissors. This could help in retaining clients. While the final cut was decent, it required two corrections. I hold no grudge as he was very kind, yet I can only award 2 stars. Perhaps next time.
Absolutely fantastic! Always provides top-notch care for my children and me! Recently made a drastic change from long locks to a super short style, and Danielle did an exceptional job! They consistently deliver exactly what I request. I never consider going elsewhere! They truly excel!
