I've frequented this establishment on several occasions. Today, I went in for a standard pedicure and was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. Maria executed the treatment flawlessly! She also rectified my SNS powder nails, which were initially done at another salon. I am now absolutely delighted with them! The salon is now under new ownership and management, but I was delighted to see familiar faces. They are diligently adhering to COVID protocols and guidelines, conducting temperature checks upon entry and promptly directing guests to wash their hands. The salon is immaculate and impeccably maintained. Many thanks to Maria and M&G Best Nails!! They offer promotions earlier in the week. Don't miss out on them!!!
I'm Riley, and I wish to raise a concern about your staff. During my last visit, Maria provided excellent service, albeit at a steep price, which is understandable! Today, I opted for a basic pedicure without any polish, yet I was charged $35 .. which is fine, but your staff members displayed rudeness towards me, exhibiting a sense of entitlement as if they own the business! Exercise caution with these individuals; they seem to prefer idleness over attending to customers. Magali, on the other hand, did an outstanding job. She possesses a tranquil and courteous demeanor ❤️ I adore her and her positivity! 10/10 for her, but the other staff members exude negative energy and poor attitudes.
I have visited this place multiple times now and I must say, they are exceptional! I had grown weary of getting UV gel treatments and finding a salon that excels in dip powder application has been quite a challenge. They truly invest the time to ensure a superb result and are always accommodating. Luz is truly remarkable!! I highly recommend paying a visit here!
