Princess Nails is the spot to go! Now under New Ownership (Ashley Woodcock) with many positive changes. When I pay for pampering, I expect a pleasant and enjoyable visit! And that's what I get at Princess Nails! I've been to a few salons in Waycross where my visits were less than pleasant... Disorganized, long waits despite appointments, and GOSSIP... so much gossiping... staff talking about each other and other clients!! Call me crazy, but I prefer positive and friendly atmospheres! So, if you seek a friendly and well-organized establishment, Princess Nails is the place to be! Did I mention that I am ALWAYS satisfied with the service I receive! 🤩
Hands are chunky, requested squared round and ended up with square and slanted, a lengthy process. Heard praise for this salon, first visit. Will return to see if it was just an off day for my technician as she kept leaving to chat with someone in the back while I waited. Giving the benefit of the doubt.
I visited this place on a recommendation but had the worst time ever at a nail salon. To be fair, it was a new person who didn't know what to do. Used a nail drill on my REAL nails!!! I only get regular mani and pedis, no dip, gel, acrylics, none of that. She truly harmed my nail beds. Nearly a month later, they're still bruised and sore.. I'll have to wait for them to grow out completely to heal. A kind woman there named Nee (spelling may be off) did gel nails for me for free to cover up the harm the new person did but now the gel polish has been removed and they look/feel even worse. The harm is severe. They need to reach out to me to make amends for this. Update: It's been nearly 10 months and the harm still hasn't fully grown out.
