Amy is fantastic. She always works wonders on my hair.
On Wed morning Sep 4, 2023 I phoned after 10AM to schedule an appointment with Kelly M. Was informed she hadn't arrived yet. Asked for my phone number and assured she would call back. Called again at 4PM and requested to speak with Kelly M. Was informed she has my number and will return the call. Fri morning Sep 8, 2023 – no contact from Kelly M. Studio U is in complete chaos. Better seek services elsewhere. Can't rely on any information provided. The person who answered my calls seemed irritated. It takes 3 months to acquire a new client and only 3 seconds to lose one! Farewell Studio-U. Just returned from my initial visit to Sport Clips on 521 in Indian Land. What an amazing experience. Highly recommended.
