**I have been a patron here for years, and 9 times out of 10, they make rude remarks. There always seems to be some issue with my nails when I leave. While usually minor, I tend to overlook it and hope for a better experience next time. However, during my last visit, I was charged $30 for nails of varying lengths and shapes. The owner mentioned not doing long nails due to my baby, claiming I might "scratch her". This is none of her concern, as I have had long nails since having my baby without any problems. I left in tears as my nails look far from pretty, and everyone knows you want to feel beautiful leaving the salon! I have no interest in a refund or returning unless it's to remove these unsightly nails.
