By far the best experience! Cozy, calm, and quiet environment. The ladies there are so sweet! My hair needed some professional work done and my stylist there took good care of me. I highly recommend them!
I initially inquired about the cost of services based on the length of my hair, which was slightly past my shoulders. I requested a touch-up and highlights, as a colleague who also works with hair charges only 60-70 dollars. Despite my lack of knowledge about toners, the stylist asked me to choose one. After explaining the haircut I desired, she proceeded to cut my hair excessively for 45 minutes, removing all the dead ends and then some. Following the unexpected haircut, she applied the color without informing me of the price. To my dismay, she charged an additional $20 for a sealant treatment I did not request nor was given the option to decline. The total cost amounted to $145. Feeling dissatisfied and shedding tears, I expressed my displeasure at the excessive cutting and lack of apology or discount. Despite my protests, she proceeded to charge my card without addressing my concerns. I left feeling deeply unsatisfied and would not return to her salon. The exorbitant price did not match the quality of service provided.
The proprietor of this establishment is always very kind and skilled at coloring people's hair. She is truly an exceptional woman.
