I have been searching for quite some time to find a nail salon that delivers quality work, and I have finally discovered it. The only downside is that you should expect to dedicate a significant portion of your day just for a fill.
*Images taken 14 days post-appointment* *note: I'm a bit obsessive about my nails lol* I've only had my nails done by Alex. I often leave feeling discomfort because he lacks sensitivity in pushing back cuticles and uses a nail file machine to remove dead skin from cuticles instead of cuticle clippers (which can be harsh on nails in my experience) and can be quite uncomfortable. The angles and lines on a few nails are usually slightly off, but he consistently applies nail polish very nicely and evenly, covering the ENTIRE nail, which is my favorite aspect of his service. The staff are generally very pleasant. I would give 3.5 stars if possible as they are decent but not particularly exceptional.
Usually, it's a pleasant experience, but the man who did my pedicure today lacked an understanding of client comfort. He shifted and positioned me for his convenience without inquiring about my comfort levels. When I mentioned feeling uncomfortable, he simply said to hold a position for a moment, not a minute. If I return, I will definitely request someone else.
