Absolutely adored the way Savannah styled my hair! I don't trust many individuals with my hair, but Savannah is exceptional and truly pays attention to your desires. My hair undergoes damage from being exposed to the elements while working outdoors every day. Savannah offers valuable advice on hair care, and when I leave, my hair looks incredibly healthy and feels amazing!
I had a dreadful ordeal at this salon. Due to unforeseen events, my stylist is relocating to another salon. The proprietor opted to dismiss her early instead of allowing her to finish her final day at the salon. Consequently, my appointment before my vacation was cancelled. When I attempted to negotiate with the proprietor, there was no effort to accommodate my schedule. I was informed that no other stylist had availability that week. While I understand the unforeseen complication, the proprietor's choice to dismiss her rather than allowing my stylist to finish her last day has put me in a difficult position. Now, I'm scrambling to find another place to have my hair done on short notice. It would have been beneficial if there was a protocol in place to handle such situations rather than inconveniencing their clients.
Adore the paint job! My stylist, Savannah, is top-notch, and scheduling an appointment is a breeze. It's fantastic that they provide directions on their website, as the location can be a bit tricky to find.
