Always inquire before proceeding. I am a fair-haired individual who had scheduled an appointment for highlights only and had a picture with me to illustrate what I desired. My stylist had limited English proficiency and required everything to be translated. I left the establishment with dark hair due to significant miscommunication. I have delicate and short hair, and my bill amounted to $260. I did not receive any styling, just a spritz of hairspray. My mother accompanied me and requested a slight trim for her short hair, and was charged $35 when the website listed $25. A complete scam of a place, they simply invent prices as they please. Now I have to pay additional money to correct my hair since I never intended for it to be that dark. Very poor and deceitful establishment!
I am incredibly let down by the customer service in this establishment. I scheduled an appointment for my mother with a hairdresser named Alex, I received a glowing recommendation from my best friend's mother who has been a client there for years and was eager for my mom to have a nearby place for her hair needs. So my mom arrived for the appointment, punctual, and when she informed the front desk about her appointment, they informed her that the hair stylist "didn't show up today, sorry". They then proceeded to casually disregard her until she tried to get someone's attention to see if anyone could cut her hair since she had an appointment. Once again, nobody was willing to offer an explanation or assist my mother in any way. How impolite and disrespectful to treat a potential new client with such indifference. If this salon does not accept new clients, someone should have mentioned that over the phone. Extremely disappointed.
We just departed this place feeling extremely delighted with the outcome, we had Sasha pierce our 9-month-old baby girl's ears. She was absolutely fantastic, so understanding and compassionate. Would definitely recommend her.
