My experience here was unsatisfactory. The basic set of short acrylic nails with gel polish I received was uneven and the technician was rude and rough. Not impressed with the service. I advise going elsewhere to save both time and money.
I wanted a colorless manicure but had to wait in an area with strong chemical odors due to poor ventilation. The technician who eventually attended to me did not use hot water or a cuticle pusher, but went straight to cutting the cuticles aggressively. My nails were left with grooves and the skin around them was cut too deeply. I am already anticipating hangnails forming. Quality of work was lacking, would not recommend.
The service I received was subpar. Despite my repeated instructions, the technician did not attend to my needs. Fortunately, another technician who was working on my daughter's pedicure noticed the oversight and took over mine. However, the pumice stone used on my heel caused raw scraping at the back. I was supposed to receive a "deluxe spa pedicure," but proper hygiene practices were not followed. Disappointing experience, 0/5 stars.
