I recently had my first experience at "The W Salon" and it was fantastic! Before this, I usually just used box dye at home to cover my grays. My natural hair color is medium to dark brown, but the dark brown dye I used tended to make me look pale. I decided to try a golden brown shade last time, but it didn't cover my grays well. Wanting to avoid hair damage, I opted for a professional fix at the salon. I booked an appointment with Jen, and she was amazing. Jen listened to my preferences, gave realistic advice, and understood how to work with my curly hair. I'm thrilled with the results and can't wait for my next visit! 🙂
