Absolutely terrible experience getting my hair cut here. It was my first time not going to my usual stylist, and the woman who cut my hair was incredibly rude. Despite her age making me think she had plenty of experience, she spent the whole appointment criticizing my hair and gave me a terrible cut. I ended up with a huge gap in the middle of my head!
