Surprisingly, received a call the next day to schedule an appointment and was seen promptly. The extraction of 5 teeth went smoothly, with the staff and doctor providing great comfort and addressing all my concerns. Detailed explanations eased my anxiety. Highly recommend this facility for exceptional care.
Exceptional care for my 6-year-old son who was anxious about his appointment. Prompt scheduling, unlike other surgeons with long waiting times. Accommodated his need for an early appointment due to fasting requirements. Grateful to Dr. L'Heureux and the team for a seamless experience, putting both my son and me at ease.
Arranged for treatment of 4 teeth but encountered confusion as the Dental Assistant and Surgeon were unsure which tooth to address. After an unnecessary x-ray and a charge of $185.00, left feeling uncertain about their competence. Lack of coordination in the office reflects poorly on the surgical procedure. Disappointed with the service, reinforcing doubts about the quality of healthcare in Maine and specifically at Mid-Maine Oral Surgery.
