In the year 2017, I went for a hair wash and style before prom. The stylist did not rinse out the conditioner properly, leaving it in my hair. After that, they made me walk around the store with my hair half-done to buy supplies because they didn't have the right bands for my hair. Not only did they braid my hair in an unattractive manner, but they also had the audacity to charge me 50 dollars for the terrible job. If I had the power, I would shut down this establishment. The botched hair styling still haunts me to this day. They clearly lacked the expertise to handle curly hair and instead of admitting it, they ruined my special day. I had to ask a friend to redo the entire wash and style.
I visited a salon around 1 pm today and received the worst haircut. I left with wet eyes. I called another salon in tears and explained the situation. They told me to come in immediately, and they would assess and help. Aubrey was incredibly patient and kind, and she managed to achieve the exact look I wanted from the beginning! I left feeling extremely satisfied!! She truly saved the day and my hair! 🔥💜 By the way, I was aiming for a bold 70s shag style with some curtain bangs✌🏼
The haircut I received was completely off from what I had in mind. The stylist should have paid closer attention to the photo I provided. It was meant to be a simple cut.
