First visit to this clinic. I had botox and lip filler at a different clinic before as I live far from Watertown. This was the most amazing experience I've had. They were all so kind, listened to my requests, and did exactly what I asked for. Very professional, hygienic, and cost-effective. I cannot express enough how much I adore this place. In the year 2017, I went for a hair wash and style before prom. The stylist did not rinse out the conditioner properly, leaving it in my hair. After that, they made me walk around the store with my hair half-done to buy supplies because they didn't have the right bands for my hair. Not only did they braid my hair in an unattractive manner, but they also had the audacity to charge me 50 dollars for the terrible job. If I had the power, I would shut down this establishment. The botched hair styling still haunts me to this day. They clearly lacked the expertise to handle curly hair and instead of admitting it, they ruined my special day.
