This spot always leaves my feet feeling superb! They provide excellent care! The team is always extremely welcoming and is always tending to your requirements and gets what you wish done!
Had a dreadful encounter here with my pal today. Came in for pedicures and dip powder manicures. I must acknowledge, the luxury pedicures we got were fantastic. It was all downhill from there! I have had numerous manicures from local nail salons and the individual doing mine had NO CLUE what she was doing… my fingers/nails are actually tender from how harsh she was. It took 2.5+ HOURS just to get the "cat eye" design dip powder done!! This was my first time trying this design, and it was very apparent it was also my manicurist's first time.... Consistently asking for aid, needing to be shown what to do, very rough, always getting polish on my skin. And, even though I'm "fine" with how they turned out, my design is definitely not the "cat eye design" advertised. I had to pay A LOT extra for that design and I didn't even receive it.
I visited Taylor and she was Absolutely splendid. She kept checking if I was alright. I had a really lengthy day so I was weary. Just finished work. But she took very good care of me and they were out of the shade that I desired, but they offered me this very charming Crimson shade that was close to what I wanted.
