My hairdresser was exceptional. The way they interacted with the young lad before my appointment was admirable. They were able to adapt quickly and make him feel at ease. Not many people possess such adaptability and quick thinking skills. I was also very pleased with the haircut they gave me. Their professionalism was top-notch.
After a disastrous experience with a much pricier stylist the day before, I walked into the salon on a Saturday morning feeling desperate for a fix. I didn't trust the previous stylist to correct the mess, so I booked the next available appointment, which happened to be with Jess. She assessed my hair and confidently assured me she could improve the cut. Jess was incredibly patient, took her time, and consistently checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the direction she was taking. The end result was one of the best haircuts I've ever had, considering the challenging situation she had to work with. I will definitely be booking future appointments with Jess because of her professionalism, expertise, delightful personality, and meticulous attention to detail. Everyone has been complimenting my hair! I can't thank Jess enough!
