I must express my disappointment with the JCP salon at this location. The stylist, Brittany, lacked the skill to cut children's hair properly. The haircut took an excessive amount of time, she cut off much more than I had requested, and the experience did not feel therapeutic as getting a haircut should. My daughter even developed neck pain from the prolonged appointment. I would have preferred giving my partially blind dog a trim instead. The overall lack of friendly conversation and the noticeable tension upon entering the salon were off-putting. If I could, I would rate this salon half a star. Absolutely extraordinary! Alex is incredibly talented and exceptionally quick, yet precise! The shaping was not chunky like typical nail salons, they are on par with a personal nail technician! I visited with a friend, it was my initial visit & I will absolutely return, this will be my new spot for nails! 😍😍😍😍😍 I received an acrylic full set and eyebrows! The team at Ash Nails is incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to exceed expectations. They've graciously accommodated me on multiple occasions, even fitting me in just before closing time without any hesitation. My only wish is that they offered dip powder/tips services — this is the sole reason for my 4-star rating. Cameron was very kind and eager to do my nails, it was my birthday and they made me feel so cherished! I wasn't thrilled with the set, I feel like they didn't quite capture what I wanted, but they managed to create something that worked. Also, the acrylic seems a bit thick! I prefer a more natural look. Overall, I would still return for my eyebrows as they listened and didn't make them too thin at all! I stumbled upon Janine and Marie via a Groupon a couple of years back, and I refuse to go anywhere else for my hair needs! I opt for bold hues like teal and lavender, and Janine concocts her own using plant-based ingredients to achieve the perfect tone. She is meticulous in every step of the process, ensuring I leave with the exact results I desire. The colors stay vibrant for a long time.
