I had a pedicure and full set done at this salon, and both were poorly executed. I do not recommend it. Additionally, my friend had an even worse experience. I witnessed a hot towel being carelessly thrown at her legs because the technician was rushed to attend to another customer. The drill gadget used during her service caused discomfort and even minor injuries. To make matters worse, the owner rudely tossed her belongings when she asked for corrections after paying and tipping. This salon lacks proper customer service and attention to detail.
This salon is the most welcoming and gentle place! I had a gel manicure done by Tina, who was incredibly kind and gentle. She took great care to ensure my nails were healthy and well-maintained. I love the ambiance and the beautiful outcome of my nails. I will definitely be returning.
The first time I visited this place, I was thrilled with my experience. The older gentleman did an excellent job on my nails. The price for a full set/dipped powder was $45, and he even mentioned that a change of color would be done for free. However, when I returned two weeks later for a refill and change of color, the customer service was lacking compared to my first visit. The gentleman's wife was overly talkative and hyper-aggressive, making the atmosphere less relaxing. Despite this, he completed my nails, and it was time to pay. To my surprise, he charged me the same $45. I questioned him about the free change of color, but he insisted on the charge. There seems to be some shadiness in their pricing, so please be cautious if you decide to visit this nail salon. I will not be returning.
