I had a nail inspo pic and wanted them done just like it but they said they'd try their best and it wasn't close to the inspo. my nails are crooked and blotchy. I paid $87 for medium French tips when they looked worth $50. It's best to call ahead if you have specific requirements for multiple individuals and are pressed for time. They ensure to allocate ample time to ensure your satisfaction with the outcome of your nails. Whenever I've encountered issues like chipped polish or a broken nail, they're more than willing to rectify the situation and always strive to keep their customers content. I've had regular polish manicures, full sets, pedicures, and my daughter has had eyebrow waxing done. The nail technicians put in a great effort to engage in conversation and recall details about regular clients, which is a breath of fresh air compared to some nail salons. I also must highlight that I come in with extravagant nail concepts, and they consistently give their best shot, even incorporating 3D nail art. Their array of specialty nail polishes is remarkable, including cateye, UV, and chrome. The prices are competitive, and it's a sanitary salon with diligent and amiable technicians. I complement each adjustment with a one-hour massage and have now been treated by two different massage therapists, each providing a premium experience. They paid close attention to all my preferences and specifications, provided excellent recommendations, possessed extensive knowledge on hair, colors, treatments, and products, walked me through each step, checked in with me before making any decisions (especially regarding the length to be trimmed), and were friendly and easy to converse with. My hair turned out stunning, healthy, and closely resembled the inspiration photo I showed.
