I ventured to this place for the first time drawn by stellar reviews, and I must say, the praise was well-deserved. Jenny handled my waxing with precision, and the staff were all very courteous. The establishment itself is charming and impeccably clean. The service was swift but not hurried, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend this spot for waxing services.
I cannot endorse Jenny’s Nails. Upon arrival, I requested acrylic ombré, but the technician suggested dip ombré instead. It took multiple attempts to achieve the right color mix, and ultimately, I was informed that acrylic and gel x are her specialties. In my view, a skilled technician should be proficient in all nail techniques.
Absolutely dreadful! I visited the salon on a Saturday for a pre-trip nail session. Within 24 hours, one nail had chipped and peeled off, and by Monday morning, another followed suit. Upon returning to the salon to address the issue, they rectified the two nails. However, the nail polish seemed either aged or improperly set, as two more nails chipped the next day. I am thoroughly disheartened. I shelled out $58 for a manicure that barely lasted a day.
