They declined to accommodate me when I had a long-standing blowout appointment before a family wedding because I had my 3-year-old who would have contently sat very quietly with her tablet for those 45 minutes, whether on my lap or in a chair beside me. But no, I was (without even an apology) turned away and informed they couldn’t honor my booking. I comprehend policies, but their impoliteness as they let me down greatly was startling and distressing.
This was the most dreadful dry bar experience I ever had. My ride was tardy by 12 minutes; they were terribly impolite. I observed my stylist do nothing but gaze at me coldly as the 1.25 hours allocated for my appointment elapsed. She dined on her lunch and disregarded me while my plastic was charged. They mentioned they could “perhaps take me at 4pm” - what abhorrent customer service. I will never patronize this dry bar again.
I had a superb experience at this Drybar! My stylist was exceptional and heeded my desires, especially as an individual who sought curls for an evening function but whose hair struggles to maintain any texture. Highly recommend this service for a delightful blowout!
