Two recent experiences at this salon have left me disheartened. My grandmother's haircut was a disaster, leaving her with an uneven and short style that she now fears to fix elsewhere. Additionally, a friend had to correct a poor haircut for her son by the same stylist. During my eyebrow appointment, the service was subpar - from being ignored upon arrival to a lackluster waxing job. The stylist missed areas, failed to trim, and neglected to show me the final result. Doubts linger about the credentials of the salon's stylists.
I detest this task, as impacting another's livelihood is not my desire. Yet, I must share my experience to caution others about this particular establishment. Following the departure of my stylist, I sought a simple trim for my length and layers. All was well until Angie, a recent cosmetology exam passer, began cutting my layers. She exceeded the agreed-upon amount, resulting in a botched outcome. With no manager present, I left feeling disheartened. Despite my efforts to style it differently at home, the choppy and uneven layers remained. I had to seek correction elsewhere, losing years of hair growth in the process. Proceed with caution at this salon.
