We were forced to visit this location as it was the only place my wife could find her Multiple Sclerosis medication. The service was abysmal, the pharmacy staff were disrespectful, and when I called to check if the medication was in stock, they failed to mention that her new prescription was not covered by that pharmacy. After being hung up on three times, I finally learned that they couldn't fulfill the prescription. I discovered that Kroger's pharmacy could fill it, so I asked Walgreens to transfer it there. They insisted that Kroger's call them to initiate the transfer, a process that took two days to complete. Due to Walgreens' incompetence, my wife now has to go without her medication until next week. This establishment and its employees show a complete lack of concern for their customers. During one of the hang-ups, I overheard laughter and a nonchalant "whoops" before being disconnected. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs; opt for a more caring alternative like CVS.

What a dreadful experience dealing with the pharmacy. We've been trying to obtain vital medication for our child and when we inquired about its availability, the individual on the phone refused to provide any information. Our own doctor confirmed that she could, and Walgreens policy also allows it. The staff we encountered were incredibly impolite and unprofessional. Despite our best efforts to remain courteous and composed, the rudeness persisted.

Ever since relocating to Washington in 2021, I've found myself frequenting this particular establishment more often than before. The experience can be summarized as follows: generally pleasant ambiance, although there have been encounters with staff displaying poor attitudes and lacking in customer service skills. On the positive side, the cleanliness and organization are commendable, but the pharmacy service is subpar. I'm grateful to receive my prescriptions through the VA. Witnessing my partner's struggles with pain led me to transfer to the EP, which unfortunately did not offer much improvement. It remains a hit-or-miss situation. One standout employee, Michael, consistently demonstrates dedication and a positive attitude in every interaction. The rest of the staff should strive to emulate his example, including the management.
